International Presidents Meeting Patterns
If you want to identify the trends in a huge organisation like AIESEC it is crucial to not only look at the outputs or provided materials, but also to regonise the underlying patterns and sense the unconsciously present collective mindsets.
As I’m neither a telepath nor a sociologist, I will just provide some of the basic observations I made, I’ll leave the further interpretation up to you.
- Key- and buzzwords
o Costumized (LC/MC coaching, AIESEC experiences, etc.)
o Transformative experience
o Beautiful (more in the surrounding of current AI team)
o bottom-up approach
- from talks with many people, “take action” all around the place
- the AIESEC XP is about the individual XP
- the role of AIESEC in your country
